"Vegan Gluten Free" follows a tiger mom in an IG world, struggling to keep her sanity in the midst of opposing cultural forces.  First performed at a sold-out show in London's Soho Theatre, "Vegan Gluten Free" is a one woman show written and performed by Lucia Tong.  Originally from Hong Kong, Lucia Tong has performed with dance, theatre, circus and puppet companies in the UK and around the world in venues including Shakepeare's Globe Theatre, The Royal Albert Hall, Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall, the Inside Out Festival at the National Theatre and many others.
